Adobe Flash Lite 在手機領域能力有限，因此 Adobe 努力想把 Flashplayer 直接帶進智能手機并不是秘密。3年的努力， Adobe 最近將會在10月份的 Adobe MAX 2009 大會上專門為 Android 開發者 release 一個 Flashplayer 10 beta 版本。
Google 的 Android, Nokia 的 Symbian OS, Windows Mobile 還有 Palm 的 Web OS 將會是第一批支持 FP10 的 smartphones。
